Shipping & Delivery
We ship pan-India. We also offer internationational shipments to these countries: Singapore, Sri Lanka, All Schengen Countries, UK, Scotland, USA. Please note the cost of international shipments + customs must be borne by the buyer and we will not take any responsibility for the order once picked up from our warehouse. We only accept pre-paid international orders.
We offer free standard ground shipping within India on all orders above ₹2000 (after any discounts or promotions have been subtracted and excluding taxes). For orders below ₹2000, we charge a nominal shipping fee of ₹100. Have a look at ourshipping policyto understand further details.
Processing of orders usually takes place in 2-4 business days. However, we would like to mention that the processing times can get delayed. Once your order has been picked from our warehouse, it will get delivered to you within 7 business days. Shipping carriers can also be subjected to delays during transit. All orders are shipped between Monday to Friday excluding federal holidays observed in India.
If you have made an error while putting in the shipping details and want to change the address, email us at beauty@novavii.com immediately. Proper measures will be taken to deliver your order to the correct location.
Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email on your registered email ID that will have the tracking link to help you to track your order.
Owing to the perishable nature of our products, we are limited to a no return policy. Having said that, we want you to love your Novavii purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to beauty@novavii.com with your feedback on what went wrong and we will do all it takes to set it right. Please Note: Only products purchased on www.novavii.com are accepted for return. If you have purchased our products from one of our authorized retailers, then kindly contact them for assistance.
If the package gets damaged during transit, save the bill, box, and merchandise and notify us immediately at beauty@novavii.com. Immediate action will be taken and your package will be replaced.
An email with the tracking details will be provided to you. However, if the circumstance of your package missing arises, firstly kindly confirm with your other members of the family or neighbors if they have taken the package on your behalf. However, if the package remains amiss, contact us immediately at 7338709895 and we will take all required action. The procedure will be taking 2-5 business days.
(Only applicable for exchange. We have a no return policy) Yes! Hopefully it will never come to this. But if it does, the cost of return shipment will have to be borne by you. We will simply deduct it from the refund we provide you for the product you have returned to us. Please refer our return policy for more details on this subject. Order
A desired product is out of stock when it is not available in the Novavii warehouse. We recommend you to subscribe to our emails to ensure that you receive the first access to all Novavii products. You can also use the Notify Me tab.

By creating an account on novavii.com you will be able to keep record of all your purchases, billing, and order tracking information. You can also store multiple shipping addresses to expedite the check-out process. If you choose to receive emails (which we highly suggest!), you will also be the first to know about new products, promotions and all things Novavii!

Yes, Novavii is a clean makeup brand which means that it is of course safe for everyone. However we recommend patch testing when using any products on small children and people with sensitive skin.
No, we do not beleive in harming anyone in the process of making clean makeup accessible to everyone!
All skin care products have a PAO, or period-after-opening that is printed on the packaging. This information is a guideline to get the most out of your products and use them at their peak efficacy. On the packaging of the products, you will see a little open can with a number inside. This refers to the number of months in which we recommend using the product.
